中国国営新華社通信によると、中国中西部の四川省で08.05.12(月)14:28（日本時間15:
28）に大地震がありました。震源は四川省の省都・成都の北西約90Kmにあるアバ・チベット族チャン族自治州ブン（ブンはさんずいに文）川県付近で、地震の規模はマグニチュード（Ｍ）7.8。中国政府の救援指揮
部門のまとめでは、四川省当局のまとめで死者は8533人に達したと報道されています。
四川省内には、約170社の日本企業が進出、約300人の日本人が在住しており、現在、同領事館では、成都や周辺での邦人の安否確認を急がれています。
現地で被災された中国人や邦人を含む外国人の方々の回復について、お祈りに覚えて下さるようお願い致します。
